The Sunday Times have just featured an apartment we recently completed as their Home of the Week. We gained planning permission and listed building consent to completely gut and refurbish the apartment to an exquisite standard creating a 5 bedroom property now on sale for £15 million.
We worked with contractor Icon 1992 and structural engineers Fluid Structures to take out all the partitions and re-plan the entire flat, creating a central core that rose up through four storeys with a a sweeping curved stair.
