Brief

The Client is looking to create a new 50,000 square foot ambassadors’ residence and entertaining space for dignitaries in Rabat, Morocco. The project is on an essentially flat green field site in a residential area of Rabat. Whilst taking inspiration from local architectural motifs, Boundary Space have developed a thoroughly modern scheme. In addition we have integrated the landscaping into the architectural scheme, introducing changes in level and an articulation of the landscaping to create various outdoor ‘rooms’ and degrees of privacy to the different private and formal and informal public areas.
